I don't make them fast. How long it takes depends on the content. Some ideas take much longer to develop than others.

Well they look very big and complicated to me ...but maybe you have it down to a system?

Some are larger than others. Frequently there are ten thousand variations. Others have a million or more. But some only work out to a couple thousand. It depends on the input.
