    Does caffeine make you more or less focused?

    too much makes me anxious, jittery, dizzy and headachy (coffee and tea sometimes irritate my stomach, too). it helps a little with focus, but not enough for me to consume it regularly.

    i'm thinking it might make accessing help and support easier. i live in a country where getting help takes years and sometimes involves proving that you're not able to function AT ALL without support. i'm just barely 'functional' a lot of the time.
