Hey Aspies and non-Aspies

I'm pretty sure I don't qualify as having AS, as I do not have an issue with a lot of things in life. I have friends, I socialise, I do a lot of dance classes and excercise and go to gigs.

Why am I on this site if I'm not Aspergic, you ask?

Because I understand. There are a lot of quirks I have which the people around me do not understand. I feel naked if I have to look somebody in the eye when I speak to them. I stiffen my body completely if a family member tries to touch me. If I go out with my friends I have to make an itinerary, and I get upset if anybody is late or deviates from my plans. I hate surprises and people making last minute plans or changes. If I think that I am going to be late, I start stimming or sometimes crying.

My room must have everything in place before I leave or go to sleep. My underwear must match my outfit. Everything must be ready two nights before, at least.

I have taken several internet ASD tests and they qualify me as well into the Aspie range, but I don't feel the need to seek a professional diagnosis because I do not think my differences damage or even affect my life too much. Many of these characteristics don't involve something bad happening, they simply involve me feeling uncomfortable or upset.

If anyone has or wants any help or advice, I am always happy to hear your ideas or help.
