I am a sociology graduate student. I work in critical autism studies, which sees autistic people as a social minority. I have a current study about autism disclosure in the workplace and will be conducting future studies involving passing as non-autistic, autistic people in positions of power, autistic work communities, and being unknowingly autistic.
