I recently switched careers from insurance (8 years) to becoming a hair stylist. Growing up people always turned to me for this, and I knew this is something I should persue because of my naturally artistic and giving nature. is the one of the top things that i could always do for free and not in it for the money. The face to face social communication part is really challenging and I'm finding a lot of blogs online from the asd community about the horrors of getting a haircut and services are mostly tailored to children. One of my new missions in life is to bridge the gap for us for our special accommodations we need.
