    Interesting! I fully agree with you, Sasha Lewis is my British name but in The Netherlands I'm known under another (more Dutch) name so it's still quite anonymous here. It's not entirely a fake name but people that know me won't recognise me from it. Oh and btw, my family is English indeed.
