“Normal?”nick

im 29, I hate saying “self diagnosed” because nowadays everybody thinks there’s something wrong with them when there isn’t. I’ve only recently been able to fully understand myself and would like to help others as well as help myself understand why I am the way I am a little better. It bothers me that almost every “symptom” of hf autism fits me or my childhood in ten different ways. I lead a so called normal life, but the only one who knows about this is my wife. Even my parents either don’t realize it, or don’t want to realize it. I can hide most of it from friends and coworkers, but some things (mostly ocd, and obsessive routines) I just can’t stop. Think I’ll leave it at that for now.
