    Yeah it's a good one because the body can't make it's own Omega 3. Worth taking if you're not often eating 2-3 portions of fish a week.

    Have you tried mixing it with something of greater viscosity, like cooking oil? That might be interesting for comparison.

    I had some iron dust lying around, so I put it water and began playing with it with a magnet. Doesn't work with iron supplements though.
