My name is Jarett, I am 29 years old, married, with a 1 yr old son! I have struggled with mental health my entire life, but was never really helped. I have been put on dozens of medications for depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorder, personality disorder and a few other things. None of the medications ever really helped me or resolved any of the things I struggled with. In may of this year I was diagnosed with ADHD and had a great feeling that that was what I suffered from. Sadly my wife continued to get upset and hurt and I just didn’t know what to do. She kept telling me we need to figure out why your never happy, why you shut down, why you do what you do. A small convo with a coworker who is an aspie brought up the concern. So on my lunch break I googled and researched Asperger’s. And could not believe how many of the symptoms I related to, it was like I was reading my life story! So here I am, 4 days after finding out!!!! I see my therapist October 30th! So I have to sit and ponder until then!
