Iris Rose

I have hypersensitivity issues, learning problems, cognitive inflexibility, fatigue, GI and immunity issues that render me susceptible to cold/flu viruses - all of which make functioning quite challenging on a day to day basis. Currently, I am using supplements such as 5htp, B complex, vitamin D and probiotics to help me cope. My stuffed animals are my comfort objects, and I talk to them as if they are alive (to me they are). I also prefer structure and routines, without which I will feel sad and uncomfortable. I don't have any outstanding skills, if managing my day-to-day living is one, maybe this is it.
