I'm Davy, my official diagnosis is C-PTSD and SAD as consequence of it.

I'm on my way to fix myself, but its hard enough...

I also have some very strange addictions, habits and things, so my friends recommended me to find out about autism and neurodivergency, that's what I'm here.

I'm not sure do I have neurodivergency or something autistic, and I had never talked with my psychiatrist about it, I should be sure before worry her, because I know what prejudices doctors have about the spectrum in light of hyperdiagnosis. And as SAD person I need to be sure that my habits belongs to it before starting such hard dialog.

Stupid tests shows my AQ as 44, but the most points I received from socialization vector so it might be my SAD and not the spectrum so I do not consider myself being belong.

Probably my strange things are just my coping mechanism, but some is about sensory and concentration things that mostly belongs to this spectrum.
