My life had been steadily declining over the past 5 or so years with my mental health issues becoming much harder to manage or hide.

I have been formal diagnosed with:
  • Asperger's Syndrome
  • ADHD
  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder
  • Social Anxiety Disorder
  • Major Depression
I have unsuccessfully attempted at take my life 4 time so far.

I have spent long periods of time in acute care mental hearth facilities, as both a voluntary and scheduled patient.
