Within the last 3 years I've come to learn that everyone around me is on the spectrum, and I'm still trying to understand what that means.

My mother first told me she was, and that she knew my brother was too. Then as I read more about it, I realized my partner may be as well. Now, I believe my son is as well. I'm totally lost and feel unloved, and misunderstood by every NT friendship I have because they wouldn't understand how complex this is. I'm here to grasp what this means for my most valued relationships and how best to support my partner who is extremely depressed and seems very miserable with me.
