  • Your concentration can get better, try not to put to much pressure on yourself, take some time to reflect on things, write down how you are feeling, and you might be surprised how many things you have going on x
Stress is a funny old thing, one of two things happen when we start to feel stressed, either we do lots of the thing thats making us feel stressed in the hope that it eventually resolves it for example a project. Or we stop doing anything at all, the later tends to effect our cognitive functions, and in paticular how we concetrate.
Does anyone else have trouble concentrating on a daily basis?

Depends what im commentating on, i can play the gutair for 2 hours and it feels like 30 seconds. And then i can start writing a report for 30 seconds and it feels like 2 hours.
Is there anything in particular you are sturggling to focus on?

Just struggling to focus on most things recently. Then again, I've got a lot of stress impacting me at the moment . I just find it so hard to stay focused on anything for very long. x
