Neurologists that treats people with autism?

I do not know if this is appropriate to post a topic requestion doctor recommendations for my situtation, but for an autistic person like me who is suffering neurological symptoms such as lightheadedness, feeling of faint while walking or standing still, tremors(head, arms, feet), and gastrointestinal problems, is there a neurologist that treats adults with autism who has experience in treating these symptoms? I live in Pennsylvania and I am still looking for one who will treat my symptoms.

What type of insurance do you have? Have you consulted with a primary care doctor? Can you just go to a specialist without a referral?

There are many reasons for those symptoms, from trivial to serious. Dehydration, nutritional deficiency, low blood sugar, stress...

Get in touch with a primary care doctor. They will start with blood tests to rule things out.

Neurologists in general do not deal with autism. The only symptom in your list that could be explored by a neurologist is tremors, but it depends on how often they happen and in which circumstances. If you're 50 and older, a neurologist will ask you a bunch of questions to explore Parkinson's. There is no test for it.

So, perhaps, directly answering your question: start with your primary care doctor.

I suspect that multiple conditions like that potentially could involve multiple specialists.

Being aware that not every symptom may be exclusively relative to autism.
