I went out with my friend this weekend. Made me feel less alone and feel like i can survive even if i lose this job
The KMFDM show was great! They played some songs I wanted to hear, I got two CDs signed by co-lead vocalist Lucía Cifarelli, and also got a photo with her!

@Markness Hang on a sec there, Mark before you start buggin out. Don't assume she disappeared because she found herself repelled by you for some odd reason; do not overlook that she may have actually wanted to find you, but something/body may have interfered rudely with her plans; an impatient parent, an urgent meeting of some sort, it's possible she may have had some form of a curfew.

The universe has quite a playful way of telling us when and how things are changing for the better... Sometimes it just has to speak a language people understand better when its contents are sent to who needs it most.

If everything we always wanted to happen to us just came to us all at once, then how would we learn, and consequently, teach ourselves and others to learn how to be grateful for what we have now?

@Markness Casual meetings don't necessarily lead long term commitments.
It's good to get practice in on enjoying whatever degree of social encounters
you find yourself in, without stressing that there *should've/could've/might've*
been more.
The UberScout you are all rooting for? He's a GOLDEN BOY NOW!! Do your worst, Maddog's crazy side, I got two packs of bubblegum and a whole can of whOOOOAAAh, whoa Nelly! Forgot I had my foot on the gas there... Hehe...

Whoa- hey sounds good.
Guys... Don't freak out, everything's okay, I'm fine. But, today was a very critically challenging day, not for me this time but for Maddog believe it or not. He had to come down from a state of mind so mortally terrible in description that I'm not even going to say what happened here. But, there was a bright side tonight while I was working through the panic... I had my Kundalini Awakening tonight!!

Alright. You know it gets weird with him.

No, see, "weird" would mean he played Earthbound on my SNES emulator for the first time ever and reacted to no more than *two* things normally: a turn-based encounter with a ruler-wielding hippie and carrying around a dozen ketchup packets in his inventory.
@Gerald Wilgus I actually had the ingredients to make quesadillas this time!

I am trying Lebanese in Nov. Kinda of excited. My daughter grew up on carnitas, duce de leche cake, flan of course.

Mmmm add tortillas to my list.

If you ever fry one in a skillet, add garlic powder first, and grill the garlic. Then when you put the quesadilla in, the garlic powder will stick to the tortilla, and it will be crunchy and taste like smoked garlic. It's a kick of flavor.
I'm in a much better place mentally since I've been posting less on here and avoiding controversial threads. I still think about a lot of you every day and I do check in occasionally.

There's no obligation for anyone to participate in thread topics that
involve controversy. I figure if a topic isn't something a person would
have a feeling of satisfaction & a degree of enjoyment from, then leave it
alone.

Yeah, I learned my lesson about that.
Doing mindfulness breathing to ease my anxiety before the show.

When do you have to leave?
What time is the show?

I have to be there by 6:00. I left around 3:45.

The show starts at 7:00.

I managed to get parking and no strangers approached me.
Yesterday was the first time I'd met Meg in a week. I spent a lot of time looking at her - REALLY looking at her, and I realised I wasn't physically attracted to her. I think I got caught up once again in someone liking me, and disregarding the basic rules of attraction.

Knower of nothing
Hmm. I rather strongly believe in not needing physical attraction for lasting love, but if you set those expectations into a relationship idea from the start then I can see it being an obstacle.

Get tired of people telling me ,go for the person. But l have two types that l rarely see. Which means l don't date much. Lol
Aspychata

So you must have a type that you particularly like.
I don't want to be an adult anymore. I hate this

Too much responsibility at work, people expecting too much from me.
