I was wondering, which Pantone colors do you think best represent dog breeds?

Here are a few:
  • Dalmatian - 18-1662 Flame Scarlet (fire engines)
  • Jack Russel Terrier - 14-6329 Absinthe Green (they roll around in grass)
  • Standard Poodle - 16-2124 Pink Carnation (poodles are often dyed many colors, pink being by far the most common)
  • Pit Bull - 19-1650 Biking Red (A deep red representing their strength)
  • Chesapeake Bay Retriever - 18-4032 Deep Water (They swim)
  • Chihuahua - 13-2802 Fairy Tale (They are little fairy-like dogs)
  • Golden Retriever - 15-1062 Gold Fusion (The name says it all - Gold)
  • Australian Shepard - 14-4318 Sky Blue (The sky)
  • Siberian Husky - 13-4202 Ice Water (Ice, because they are cold weather dogs)

Do you have any others?

Cocker Spaniel- 12-000 tcx 'White Swan' A golden off-white (Their rounded foreheads)
English Springer Spaniel - 18-1031 'Toffee' Warm brown represents their energy
French Bulldog - 13-1015 tpx 'Honey Peach' The colour of their ears, nose and bellies.
Rottweiler - 19-0303 'Jet Black' Fast and powerful.
