I'm using the app, so its hard for me to check, but I think its explained in the site rules.
If I remember right, normally you can't, but paid members can change once I think.
If you have a good reason for changing, I suggest you read the rules and then PM Brent.

Or maybe you'd like to change the word "Member"
on your current user image to more customized words.

To do that you'd click on "Personal Details."
The 3rd option is "Custom Title."
You could enter what you like, there.
