I have this new bullet journal I made myself out of the bullet journal method mean my own bullet journal do this notebook Anyone else to journaling or goal setting?

I’m trying to do this to be healthier as well as get my thoughts and opinions down in a way

I’ve also been trying to do a healthier diet and cutting out soda and eating more solid and healthier foods and fruits and vegetables.

I have a condition called Polycystic ovarian syndrome. At least that’s what my doctor thinks it is right now. I’m seeing a specialist and I am trying to eat healthy like she recommends.

They also want to put me on some medication later but I’m not sure which medication would be good for me.

You have such good goals for starting the new year! Yes, i like journaling too. It helps me arrange the stuffs in my mind, and helps me to calm down when i feel emotional. It's also fun to write :)

Thank you for reminding me about the eating healthy part. Some great people plan their everyday healthy meals by writing them in a menu planning journal.

About polycystic ovarian syndrome, I dont know about its medication, but i wish you'll get better. Dont worry and let's start journaling & eating healthy.

Think it's a good idea to write down your thoughts. It helps to see them on the page. Looks like you have lots of space for that. I've also done some journaling as well.

I've attempted several times to journal, trying again this year! Aiming lower (so to speak), not trying to do it daily, maybe once or twice a week...

I've only done it in school but it is a good way to get ones thoughts and feelings and how their day went out of their head

I am planning on starting a journal on Monday. ..it's always on a Monday ..! I am looking forward to getting my mind sorted on paper!...I will be drawing and writing in mine I think...!

Writing a journal is a great way of getting your thoughts in order so that's a really good idea Jen :) It can be interesting too, when you open that journal years later and it gives you a window into the younger version of you. It's amazing how much we forget over the years!
Healthy eating is always a good move too. Plenty of foods cooked from basic ingredients instead of premade foods is always best.
Sounds like you're getting this year off to a really constructive start :)

I use a daily planner to help me remember things. I get a whole page for each day. It is not quite the same as journaling, but pretty close. I used them for work before I retired. It is very interesting to go back and read the old ones.

Good for you! Eating healthier is something we all should do. It is probably best to consult your doctor about diet and medications. Remember, a big part of how you doctor treats you is based on what you tell your doctor. Don't hold back, if you have a concern, talk to your doctor.

Jen, It sounds to me like you are starting your year off right. Be well and happy.

I like to journal. Good for you for making healthier choices. I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

I've always enjoyed keeping journals. I have notebooks that I write when I'm angry and make lists and other stuff - them I toss when I'm done. (And I don't know why - I can not continue to use the notebook once it's about 3/4 full. And I always start in the back of the notebook. Funny thing about that is so does my son.) But my journals are different and I have different journals for different things. I will have a new trip journal for each trip I go on and sometimes would sit and sketch out what I'm looking at, which I just enjoy doing. I've been thinking about getting 4 new journals, one for each of my children, and writing notes of things pertaining to them and their families.
My last trip journal, I started before the trip and wrote information pertaining to where we would be. Like what to do if you run into a grizzly. Where in Yellowstone you would most likely see a moose or bear or whatever. Drew out a town map of West Yellowstone and Jackson so I could find a yarn shop I wanted to go to. And while on the trip, would write details about the trip and what we did and funny things that happened. I love writing and keeping journals.
