I'm giving it a try, thanks. Seems pretty good on my iPad so far. And it's free! I'll report back later.
 
Seems pretty good, after 4 days using it, you check in every day (nearly) and report your stress level on a sliding scale, then optionally mention what you are anxious about, then you unlock useful tips about dealing with anxiety. It seems very practical. I will see if I can keep it up.
