Majestica - A Christmas Carol (full album)...

Something I found and wanted to share, since we're getting close to that time of year again and also since the group in question are apparently planning a European Tour of this in December.

The following is a musical retelling of Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol, which is performed by Swedish symphonic/power metal band Majestica (formerly ReinXeed).
It's described by vocalist Tommy Johansson as "pure symphonic power metal in the true Majestica spirit along with elements inspired by the likes of Twilight Force, Rhapsody, Alan Silvestri, Danny Elfman and John Williams. Once again people can expect real power metal, but this time it's a bit more symphonic and epic compared to our previous album Above the Sky. When it comes to the symphonic parts we've taken it a bit further and included a lot more orchestral instruments, including tubular bells, glockenspiel and sleigh bells to really get that Christmas sound to it."
As well as retelling the classic story, it incorporates the tunes of many classic Christmas songs like Deck the Halls, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen and Come All Ye Faithful among others.

Track 01 (A Christmas Carol) and Track 9 (A Majestic Christmas Theme) are both instrumentals, but the rest of the songs have lyrics that you can read along with.
Hope you like this and hope you're having a nice time at the moment:

The way it’s described, it seems like an ideal Christmas day activity for me.
Video above is unavailable.
But, I’ll try to find it elsewhere.
