How do you find out account details for Xbox Live on Xbox One?

Topic.

I can view my profile, but that just shows my rather pathetic gamer score and list of achievements, I want to know my account details as I can't remember the email address I use for my main Xbox Live account RICHXBOXONE2016.

I have created a new account which I might have to use if/when Dad buys me an Xbox One for Christmas to use up at my Parents', but I'd rather not have to start from scratch on 0 gamer points.

Can anyone help? I need an urgent response to this thread, tonight if possible.

I'm not entirely sure what to suggest, as I've had the same hotmail account since high school so I've used that in signing up for pretty much everything, including xbox live.

I found out the email I used and managed to retrieve the password.
