Start with some good news. It can be anything. Doesn't have to be true. Then the next person turns it into bad news. For example:
Poster #1: I got promoted
Poster #2: ...to the head of the toilet cleaning department.
have fun with it and remember to post some good news after your bad news for the next person. I'll start...

Bad news - wife is the only one of us fluent in native tongue and cultural customs.

Good news - there's an app' for the above.

Good news: I played a raffle and I won the grand prize

Good News: The wind direction is moving away and not towards it.
 
Bad News. the wind direction is headed toward the hospital

Good News. My cousin hasn't yet been transported to the hospital
 
Bad news: There's no other hospital in the area.

Good news: A visit to the doctor's office should be enough.
