This book is from one of the youngest authors writing about Autism, Asperger's Syndrome & general spectrum stuff. Luke's writing is funny, poignant, insightful & optimistic & it records his experiences of his own diagnosis & those of some of his family, as well as general advice & hints on life-managing. I enjoyed & recommend it as a mature adult, it would be a friendly & useful book for younger readers too, ASD-affected or not.

The book has a sequel based on Luke's teen & young adult years.

As I wasn't diagnosed with Asperger's until the age of 26, I don't see the point of reading a so-called user guide to adolescence, still less one written by a 13-year-old boy. What would he have to say about menstruation, for one thing?!

I found it at Powell’s Books. I’ll add it to my book list. I just recently bought a memoir book by an autistic author. I love reading others’ experiences with ASD.
