Haku is #1 for me. (Also the movie is one of my top 5, I love it and have watched it a lot.)
Eustace, in the Narnia series is #2.
3. is Saphira from Eragon. 4. is "my" dragon that I put into some of my drawings.

Gotta be Haku from Spirited Away. I have a strong emotional attachment to that film for a number of reasons.

What a fantastic list of dragons!

There are so many great dragons to choose from, but for me it would have to be Vermithrax Pejorative, from Dragon Slayer. Not only was she one of my first dragons, but the creature effect in that movie really stand the test of time. She will always be the quintessential western dragon in my eyes.

My favourite is Idris the dragon from Ivor the Engine.
Ivor the Engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Idris is part of the village choir and lives in a gas-powered volcano.
I'm glad that Look and Read: Through The Dragon's Eye was on the list. I remember watching it at primary school.

Just added Idris and a few others to the list that came to mind.
And I couldn't go without Gorwen - he was one of my favorites from such an obscure programme. :D

Yeah, Disney did a great job with her. :D

Oh man, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is full of dragons.

... okay, they're not all actually named, but there are a few integral to the flow of the story as either allies or the (primary) antagonist.

I really enjoyed Alduin, the antagonist. He goes to such great lengths to keep you from learning what you need in order to stop him, and his design is just so very metal. A statue of him came with the collector's edition of the game, which I just had to have, and it's currently displayed on my desk at work.

Isn't Elder Scrolls a game?

Excuse me whilst I go apply my palm to my face - for some reason I just thought about dragons in media in general. :p

For a proper on-topic favorite - the dragons in the Avatar cartoon that were the original fire benders, I loved the entire sequence of Aang and Zuko learning the dancing dragon move, ha ha. :3
