A doctoral study would have been worth my time, it may be a belief system but religion topics are another area of the forum, so not going there. If it gives you comfort enjoy, but it's not for me.

It's effectively new age hippy rubbish (no dis-respect intended to hippies). Religion in all but name, it's dependant on belief not scientific reasoning.
