The idea here is to list 3 things every day that you're grateful for.

This should improve your positivity, and help in your life in many ways.

Becoming positive affects neurotransmitters, and it may help with depression and anxiety and help us get out of negative feedback loops.

Don't worry about being seen as arrogant or boastful, this is a celebration of positive things in your life, and we all have them.

My laptop - a Lenovo X1 carbon and I love this machine.
Watching my kids build their own worlds and mythologies
The weather is beautiful today - blue skies, dry and not too hot.

Had a nice evening with a friend I don't get to see often.
The cake I baked turned out pretty good.
The food we made was also good.
All in all a successful evening. :)

1. That my husband is alive and functioning a little better each day.
2. That spring is underneath the snow here somewhere.
3. That my innate strength has seen me through all of the things that have happened.
