Naturally Autistic ANCA has been supporting autistic people and their families as well as the community at large for nearly 20 years. We provide training programs for people to learn about themselves, as autistic people and for those who are not to learn about how the autistic communications developmental paradigm works. We are currently supporting our third group of children and their families. Our first group are adults in further education, working and still discovering who they are. Our second group are teens transitioning toward adulthood and graduating high school.

Naturally Autistic ANCA was founded in 1995 by Charlie Collura and Leonora Gregory-Collura, a retired teacher of the Royal Ballet in London. The organization values compassion, understanding and diversity. The company is driven by a desire to help children and their families grow and develop together naturally. As well, Charlie and Leonora formed the seperate ANCA® Foundation in 1998 to provide additional support through information, education and public awareness through annual conferences, camp-outs and cultural events.

Naturally Autistic ANCA hosts international events, including talent shows and award ceremonies, the latter of which was most recently hosted in Edinburgh, Scotland. Part of the organization's name comes from their magazine, Naturally Autistic.
