An Adult with an Autism Diagnosis

An Adult with an Autism Diagnosis 2021-05-22

To be honest, I was really bored in the first part (Autism - The Basics) as it's all pretty generic information and nothing new, and I was thinking to myself - why did he write this book? He's contributing nothing new?!
However, the second part (Autism in Everyday Life) is where the book comes alive. Illustrating from his own life and anecdotally from others, he covers a lot of points that we see discussed on this forum on a regular basis, but packaged into a book as a series of quick hits. A lot of the value in my opinion is not necessarily any tips provided, but rather, a lot of thought provoking questions about how to approach life.
