All Cats Have Asperger Syndrome

All Cats Have Asperger Syndrome 2014-02-09

Great children's book on autism! Explains things simply so that everybody can understand some of the basics of autism, and start to understand that autistics have many of the same needs of everybody else, but sometimes we need to do things differently. And also that some of our needs are different, but it doesn't make us less human.
A wonderful book. Perfect for a crazy cat lady/man and perfect for leaving on the coffee table for neuro-typical visitors to peruse. A nice, light hearted way for people to begin to understand how many Aspies feel.

As a self-confessed crazy cat lady, I found it amazingly accurate and strangely comforting.
LOVED this cute little book! No greater analogy of Asperger's has yet been made...a great tool for explaining Asperger's to anyone who is unfamiliar with it too.
Adorable book! :) Loved all the cute and humorous pictures of cats and kittens used for illustrations - cats are incredibly amusing to look at if you catch them at the right moments, which isn't always easy! :) Great book for explaining AS to young people, or even for simply framing AS in a cute, playful, positive way. After all, everyone loves funny cats!
Just loved this! Such a simple and wonderful way to explain. Easy for anyone to understand or at least perceive what it's all about.
I have this book. A dear friend sent me a copy. I know it's a bit not age appropriate for me, but this book is so sweet that the little girl inside me tears up when I read it. I like to look through it when I need to remember that being different is a very special gift, even when it seems like anything but.
I like this book because I can relate to most of it, and it's a good book to give to friends or family so that they can understand a bit more about aspergers in a very short space of time.
A really excellent introduction into the basic world of Asperger Syndrome. It has pictures of cats as well, so that's an added bonus!
