Men do have emotions. Emotional regulation is a real struggle especially for those on the spectrum. I think working on emotional regulation is your day to day goal.

l have worked on this. l have great days and better days. But l started from bad days due to on-going trauma. But l am stronger, you can do this. Ask your therapist for tips on controlling your emotions perhaps?
