I re-joined another Discord server and a certain little weasel just had to express bafflement and disgust that I had come back to the place.

I think you have to realize that the internet can be a craphole and someone will always be rude and difficult and try to get to people. For some people it's like a sport, how many people can they mess with today. If you let it get to you everytime, it will be unbearable for you. You can't let people on the internet get to you so much. And especially strangers on the internet.
