  • I am thinking of buying a sun lamp to help with my SAD symptoms during this time of year.

    You take Vitamin D?
Going out for Indian food after work today. Saag shrimp with a side of garlic naan. Then I am going to watch M3GAN when I get home after that.
Going to try to make my own spaghetti sauce from scratch tonight with some hot Italian sausage.

If you throw in shredded carrots in sauce, fills you up, you need less meat. I cooked this for someone, and they liked it.

I like making sauces for some reason, when I make pizza I use my own home made sauce.
This book may help with weight loss. It's simple, yet it helps you feel full. I know you eat meat, so it does have that. I like the pizza crust ideas, jalapeño poppers, and a lot of variety yet not Martha Stewart recipes that you need two hours just to make it

Just spent more than two hours on the phone with a customer service agent who made Dumb and Dumber look like Stephen Hawking in comparison to her ability to do her job.

I know I shouldn’t laugh at this because I’m sorry you had to deal with her, but that description is hilarious
OK, I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to try out different CPAP masks to find one that will work for me. I probably am going to shave my beard off in the name of getting a much better sleep. RIP beard.
Sleep apnea is one of my largest problems today, and I think it may be a contributing factor to my on and off depression the last couple of months.
I am having trouble staying awake at my desk today, and I do not know why. I know I have untreated sleep apnea, none of the masks work for me.
I feel like smoking some weed and listening to Sleep. You have to be stoned to appreciate that band.

I feel like Bongripper would be more of the occasion :p
I just drew up a budget allowing me to get out of the house and do things most weekends. I have an Uber wallet to get to and from an active bus station on weekends, it really is manageable if I get around like that.
I am wide awake since I took too long of a nap the past afternoon. I am thinking of hitting the gym again just to get the hell out of my house for another hour or so.

Exactly the same here. The gym is closed because it’s 1am but I’m going to do some stuff around the house.

My gym is open 24/7 and is only a few blocks from my house. Do I really want to go out in the cold though?

Depends on how cold it is. It’s been awful here for the past few days and we’re getting another snowstorm today.
Hopefully it isn’t that bad there at the moment.
I wish I lived in a house that had a fireplace. I would light a fire tonight and curl up next to it with a thought provoking novel.

If you can't find a fireplace, set up a woodburning stove. Those are pretty chill too. And I sometimes use a kerosene lamp to have some light to chill by--that & the dial light off the radio helps. It's nice to have light in the same spectrum as a flame.

There aint nothin nicer on a snowy morning, than lighting up a Coleman propane stove, and heating up some coffee and breakfast on the back porch. It's just lovely.
