    Alright, where you you canoe typically? I enjoy Arbuckle Creek, The restored sections of the Kissimmee River, Dead River (between Lake Cypress and Lake Hatchineha), Peace River, the Wilderness Waterway in Everglades National Park, Lake Marion Creek, and Withlacoochee River in recent years.
    I have done whitewater, but I canoe to unwind. I found whitewater for me to be the opposite of unwinding.

    A section of river I liked, near Ocala, is the Rock Springs Run. When we were there in April, there were a lot of baby Alligators and always, the mothers hanging around.
