No it doesn't improve bc there is a general lack of organization and coordination at the office. I try not to ask too many questions since it makes people angry but when i dont ask i make mistakes

One of my coworkers, probably Aspie had a similar problem so I asked him to do a procedure guide, so all important stuff was put in the guide. It served him to learn and we now use that info as a reference.

The work we do has no procedure. Its utter chaos. I don't think anyone would go out of their way to help me anyway. They basically think i must be hyper competent bc i have normal intelligence. I wish people could see how hard i try everyday
