    for me, south park is only one of many good series, but I watched (nearly) all south park episodes. some episodes I found critical and "too much", but in general I understand that humor and understand the social criticism/irony in it.

    Kenny is immortal, the reasoning behind this being before his conception, his mom and dad would partake in a Cult of Cthulhu cult just to get free beer and regrets it as she has to rebirth him again and that he would age back into a ten year old in a day (one episode marked that it was the 52nd time that it happened). This is based off a childhood friend Trey Parker

    (co creator of SP) knew named Kenny that was the poorest kid in their area, wore an orange parka that muffled his speech, and would skip school often, because of this his peers would jokingly say that he had “died” only to return back to school a few days later.
