  • Just had a meltdown seeing a video on YouTube with two girls wearing masks. My cat was on me he ran and now he is scared of me.
The pandemic is over, yet I was still forced to wear a mask at the backpain doctor. I yelled and refused at first but then complied when they told me to wear it or leave. I'm angry but at least I don't have to go back there again.

So you were able to work through your aversion because
you were highly motivated toward a goal.
At governers Island I had trouble finding the rest room and a woman I don't know came up to me and told me where it was.

Also a woman from Church was nice to me when I went to talk to her. I don't know her well.

I just think in my mind that all girls are mean to me which is not true.

Sometimes when people are rude or mean to me at random, I like to try to remember that it's not about me. It's not an easy task, but it's usually true - some people are just mean to everyone they meet (including strangers) and that's just how they operate.
After two bad evenings I am not going out today. But I will tomorrow. Give me strength to proceed and hope for a better day tomorrow.
I'm ready to take a bottle of sleeping pills and not wakeup.

You're so tired of carrying the burden of your anger and disappointment.
rub it in - if someone rubs it in, they keep talking about something or doing something that makes you upset or embarrassed.

When you have feelings about what others say, it's
you telling yourself that's the way to feel.
Some days I think suicide is the only path to happiness.

You'd like to stop feeling the way that you do,
but you don't know how, other than erase yourself,
    it sounds like.
Seeing all these fathers walking with kids makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

Maybe if you get on meds, you'll be well enough to volunteer at programs for low income families. And you can be "Uncle Tony" to kids who don't have dads in the picture. Maybe become a jack of all trades and fix stuff, deliver heavy stuff, and be a friend to those families. Even if there's no relationship involved, it'll feel good to know you've been truly needed and helpful.
My wife, my husband, my boyfriend even here I have to read that crap.

Wouldn't it be amazing if you could somehow work through
your negative outlook so that you weren't constantly reacting
this way? Being jealous takes a lot of energy.

It does but it's all over my mind. I can't stop thinking about jealousy, regret and I have constant reminders of both.

Things to work on with your therapist.
I had it up to here being around couples and women with boyfriends.

Plus, you figure single guys are worthless to you because they
aren't a means toward getting yourself a female.

Hey, wait. If you figure single guys are worthless, and you're
a single guy, that sounds like you figure you're worthless, too.

    And you're angry about that.

I mainly feel that way when I see couples in a certain age range especially teen and 20 something couples
Life group just started. A new woman showed up was happy until she said her boyfriend. Go ahead roast me I don't give a damn.

From what I've seen you saying, all the love
belongs to somebody else. And you've got
    none.

    Correct.

There's more than one way to look at that.
I think your main focus is that no girl offers love to you.
After poring out my heart on Facebook I get two friend requests from married women. No thank you. No wonder why I barely use Facebook. All I get is friend requests from couples.

In fact, nobody in the past week has stood in front of you and said,
*Look at me. I'm so much better than you. You're just a loser.* Have they?
    Nobody.

    It's you telling yourself that.
Why be so mean to yourself?

Since my high school and college days I was always mean to myself. I used to think that girls ignored me even though they said hi to me I used to run away.

Carrying on the tradition of telling yourself mean things makes you feel bad.
Unless you're enjoying feeling bad, why do it?
I regret not going to Church today. My back hurts and my uncle said it was going to rain. It ended up raining much later. The weather on the news is wrong more than its right.
