    Our digestive system biota do have a big influence on us, thats one of the reasons why eating healthy is so important. Its a good idea to try with probiotics.

    I gained 8 pounds of muscles at work. Unloading pallets of car batteries does that. Feels good.

    I am going to see if I can donate some spare manga copies as well as an original web comic graphic novel to my friend’s comic book shop.

    I haven't talked to her lately. But she had a boyfriend really fast. She is very intelligent and some autism, and just beautiful. They have lived together for quite some time.

    I've done that before. Sometimes I would go out in the rain on purpose just for the fun of it. A big leather jacket and a wool cap make it easier & you can get those at a thrift shop.
