  • I am so braindead bored right now that in my desperation for entertainment, I am writing subtitles for videos on YouTube but for Opposite Day.

An example of the theory that boredom is a useful
experience in a person's life, as it can prompt one
    to seek creative activities.

If there are famous people who had to put up with a myriad library of pure insanity when they were younger, I'd love to know some of their best tips for coping.

I am eating a bag of takis after a nice fat bowl of Delta 8 because Maddog is sleeping downstairs and I'm bored out of my skull. Um.....i think.... I think I can smell colors.

Turns out i didn't need to. Foot's already healed up! I think i just pulled a muscle, probably from walking back from the store. Concrete work on some areas around where I live isn't the best; it's walkable but there's always the occasional loose nugget of asphault or overgrown yard patch i gotta step over. Maybe I just had a fender bender.

I think I have decent imagination. But uhh. You take the trophy, my friend. You know I only heard about "tulpas," like a year ago...on Reddit. It sounds crazy to me...hard to get my head around. (they were talking about how dangerous it is...to conjurer such things up in one's mind.)

I consider myself fairly sane. Okay I have a few idiosyncrasies, who doesn't but... I only see, what reality tends to put in front of me. I don't hallucinate. (Impossible, unless it's brought about by an exogenous chemical. )I'm a down to earth person. And the concept of Tulpas, Are out of this world to me.

Aloe is a different kind of friend to me. A friend that I was in desperate need of for too long, that doesn't conform to the negative side of a person's free will. She knows what her purpose is. She knows how long I have needed her.

Aloe is the part of me I never knew I needed awake.
All these posts about global warming are making me... Really....REALLY nervous. I...I don't... I...Somebody please please tell me it's going to get better.

Ever hear the Ice age, polar shift theory. That's a good one. We're actually at the end of the "Holocene epoch."

I JUST I DON'T WANT TO BE PART OF THE END OF THE WORLD, OKAY?!?! I'M SCARED, MAN! IF GOD SHUTS IT ALL DOWN BEFORE I DIE, I'M WORRIED THAT I'M STILL GONNA BE ON THE GROUND WHEN IT HAPPENS!!

MADDOG HAS TOLD ME WHAT IT'S LIKE. THERE IS A SECOND DEATH. I CAN DEAL WITH DYING ONCE. I CANNOT DEAL WITH CEASING TO EXIST.

    I. AM. SCARED. AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF.

It puts a lot in perspective. I worry about water shortages. We do have a lot more crime with the ongoing housing shortage and increase in price of rentals. I think our economy is struggling and l say nothing to people are heavily invested in the stock market.

Lol... Fractionation is a form of hypnosis. Basically Aloe is hypnotizing me when she does that; it's one of the things she does as a "Peaceweaver".
I have been playing Cuphead since the sun came up this morning. Someone help.

Got an extension for Google Docs that intentionally mistranslates text by running it through multiple languages and back to english. It has "distortions" levels... Salad vacation, anyone?

Playing Chocolate Doom is WAY harder than it looks... is this how everyone played it without WASD and mouse look back in the 90s?!

It was a time when games didn't have annoying things like virtually impossible challenges to get weapons upgrades. To avoid dying took more skill back then especially if you were tackling something difficult to kill.

I played a game back then called Ghosts n' Goblins, that game drove all kids up the wall. When you died, you had to start all over from the beginning. Everytime. There was no way around it. So you could get really far, make one small mistake and you had to go back to start. It was maddening. It was a good game though.

Horizontal mouseturn was used occasionally even back then and in the multiplayer deathmatch scene many already used WASD/QE for fast weapon swaps and proper strafing. The reason many have memories of not doing so was because doom was many people's first experience with FPS. Here's a bit from the manual for proof:
