    What you're saying is that there really was no loss or failure as far as getting a date with females at work. Because they were either already in relationships, or too old, or no common interests.

    My ex stayed with my mom, he told me my mom is a control freak also.

    I always said in the past when I was 18 and lived with my mom (before I moved out)." you can decide over the appartment, but can not decide over me, because I´m adult." but she also had problems to accept this. but today we don´t have these problems and have different appartments.
