    Oh, the other driver’s liability insurance already knows what is going on, so my friend is more pissed off than concerned right now.

    @Shaddock, in America the insurance companies are privately owned, and they can be really aggressive in getting their money back. In most places every driver is legally required to have insurance. Calling the cops is usually done when the at-fault driver tries to ghost everybody.

    Sometimes the at-fault driver is uninsured and will try to weasel out. That's when you call the cops.

    the only problem is when you come to a point where you can not differ "enemys" from friends anymore and hurts a friendly person, which makes you regretful and sad in the end and some things like trust can not always be repaired.

    Don't burn yourself out. Someone I know is doing something similar for anime and he recommends going by order of interest. So pick the ones you feel you have the most interesting stuff to say about first.
