    Yes, just eating a good meal or doing something you like can make you happy even if you don't have any grand reason to.
    I don't want to believe it but my mom prob doesn't like autistic people. I feel alone

    Sadly the things i enjoy are not things i can earn money with even if i were nt and capable enough. I don't think i am capable enough to work period.

    Everyday you wake up, alive, is a good day. I think it's about working to that point, where, you feel that. Inside your self. Which is very hard. It requires great effort, not to let outside things affect you, emotionally. Then, you can enjoy life, and feel energized, even be inspired.
    Anxiety, nausea. Guilt for masking. Idk what else i am feeling

    The ability to feel calm, feel happy, feel joy, experience Peace of mind , is within you, under that anxiety, nausea, guilt, that was pulling you down. Serenity, joy, happiness, is inside you, you just have to find it, and bring it to the surface.
    I don't feel like i deserve my job, i am not smart enough

    Hmm, lack of sleep and stress slow me personally down and destroy concentration - anything like that happening for you?

    It's not good when that happens. Hope things get better. Have you got a useful doctor to work with? They can sometimes help.

    Thank you, i usually sleep early but it doesn"t seem to help. I am constantly both sleepy and stressed. I will have to consult my psych for this.

    try to just sit with the feeling(of being alone), gradually! increasing each time, don't! keep forcing yourself , in clinical psychology terms that would be called flooding and you should really do that with clinical psychologist who specialises in phobias, what I was advising you should do is called gradual desensitization

    I’m sorry :( I’ve been fired from almost every job I’ve ever had. I ended up finding part-time work doing my own thing. Is there anything you can offer as a small service to friends and neighbors, to earn a bit of money? That’s what I did

    I can teach my friends daughter a foreign language but wouldn't want to be paid for it. She has financial troubles herself.

    Maybe just starting with that would make you feel good and can open up other opportunities :) You don’t have to do it for pay right now.
