    Booster for what? If you already get allergy treatments, then yes, it would probably help to keep current with those. If you mean covid booster, I don't think that's related to seasonal allergies.

    it depends on your health as well your diet because that affect your immune system medicines are just given the help the body do what it would do but it is not working quite as well , try to get the supplement called quercetin it's a chemical that is supposed to help you have a normal immune response it's present in onions bell peppers (capsicum)apples and cheese but it's concentrated in the supplement formula

    if you can! just try 2 have as little animal flesh as you possibly can for a month and see what your allergies are like when i had hay fever my best time was when i was vegetarian and i was about your age, my allergies are much better now that I am vegan for most of the time I'm trying to find a way to be completely vegan
