    it depends on your health as well your diet because that affect your immune system medicines are just given the help the body do what it would do but it is not working quite as well , try to get the supplement called quercetin it's a chemical that is supposed to help you have a normal immune response it's present in onions bell peppers (capsicum)apples and cheese but it's concentrated in the supplement formula

    if you can! just try 2 have as little animal flesh as you possibly can for a month and see what your allergies are like when i had hay fever my best time was when i was vegetarian and i was about your age, my allergies are much better now that I am vegan for most of the time I'm trying to find a way to be completely vegan

    Doing better than me too lol, last night a guy tried to talk to me in Portuguese and I don’t speak it that well so it was a very awkward conversation… but he thought I was a girl so I wouldn’t be interested anyway :/ He was very polite other than that but I really don’t think I’m his type. Lol. Dating is not for me.

    Life often sucks and sometimes suffering is unavoidable. But often it is too easy to stay in a spot that hurts instead of making the first extremely difficult steps to walk away from that spot.

    "having a lover" is rather objectifying. Instead of framing the experience as if it were obtaining a possession, how about thinking "I want to be a lover."? Loving is a behavior.
