    Cambridgeshire is one of the sunniest and driest counties in the UK. As such winters don't tend to snow much. Usually we get snow early in the near year, as opposed to around Xmas. Frosty mornings is about as exciting as it gets.

    Average total winter snowfall here is 12 feet. There's rarely more than 3 feet on the ground at a time though....

    We probably get a couple of brief flurries here per year. Usually tail end of winter, just before spring. But who knows? Either way, I enjoy the early evenings as it means people aren't about as much when I go for my walks. Also I find it very refreshing to go on winter walks and wrapping up warm.
