    Sorry, but an uncle of mine suffered through life threatening third degree burns in a house fire when he was a boy, and this hospital did a charity case for him. So I am a bit biased there:

    "Butter chicken" is so different from what I thought. I supposed it was chicken cooked in butter......(but from the recipes I looked up, it isn't that at all.)
