@Markness Thanks friend; actually you & a few others helped by example.
If I don't get this stuff under control I'll end up disabled from it or dead. Thought I was going to die last summer. That isn't the plan. So time to see about fixing it.

I felt that way as well. Society really needs to take mental health more seriously.

I had to cut a staph infection out of my stomach with a match, a tin of black-salve, and the needle off the old windup victrola. This is why I'm worried that due to depression & lack of function I'm going to end up dead.
    Got to fix this, now.
Rode 9 miles on a 65-year-old British roadster bicycle at around midnight last night. Restoration is almost done.
Going waterboarding in Guantanamo Bay sounds like an awesome vacation if you don't know what that is. End legalized torture.

I read earlier today that the US spy thriller TV show "24", which was created to push the War on Terror, got so rah-rah about how wonderful, justified, and useful torture was that the commanders of West Point had to send a few guys to Los Angeles to get the producers to tone down the scripts.

Just think of how many taxpayer dollars could’ve gone to helping your fellow-Autistic Americans as opposed to supporting the oh, so successful War on Terror…
Went to the radio museum, studying repairs, white supremacists thought I was new recruit. Jackass.

I didn't say 9/11. I mean some group of "Concerned Citizens" meeting next week, and whatever they're doing, they're too chickenlivered to mention publicly. The guy clearly wasnt talking about honoring 9/11 victims, but some winger gathering next week.
How do I know he's a winger? He opened his mouth and admitted as much.

Big difference between truly honoring those from 9/11 and waiting until a week after 9/11 to hold a half-secret gathering of people united by ignorance, hatred of "liberals", and that sort.

I didn't realize all of that was involved. I just heard "Patriots" and thought that it was a reference to "Patriot's Day."
"From far horizons of the unknown"NBC and Galaxy Science Fiction present-- X Minus One!"
And now The Inner Sanctum over WBCQ from Maine-- now it sounds like a sci-fi show is starting up. Old radios are FUN.

WBCQ can play some really cool stuff. The guy who founded it was originally a SW pirate broadcaster during the golden age of SW piracy in the mid/late 90s. For a while WBCQ had to play extreme conspiracy shows to pay the bills. The founder would personally sign off over the air back then.
Sorry, it was Schubert. Now they are playing Beethoven's 5th. Lo-fi broadcast, antique radio, 1000s miles distancce but still way cool.

Thought you were listening to BCB (AM broadcast band) and not SW. WRMI is a brokered station-people pay them money to air whatever recording the payor provides. WRMI is located at the old Family Radio transmitting site in Lake Okeechobee, FL. They have a full square MILE antenna farm! You probably heard a direct broadcast.

It sounds great on tube radios because they are using old Gates transmitters from the 1970s with vacuum tubes for final output and drivers.

The static was pretty intense but the announcer mentioned that WRMI & another station were both simulcasting the program--and then static took over. I turned to WRMI known frequencies & got something else. Then back. Not sure yet but the music was sure good.
Didn't know that about the old transmitters there!
The old 1936 vacuum-tube radio here managed to pull in some Renaissance polyphonic choir somewhere and this is absolutely awesome.
The more I see & hear loud people the more I hate them. If you walk on sidewalks shouting a lot, and get beat up, I am not helping you.
I want to go back to restoring & trying to reprint old books. That was an actually fun hobby.

@Greatshield17 Same. However I was working on some paperbacks--I was taking and trying to get old ones back into print, ones that don't have good editions currently extant. I'll have to use paperbacks but still.
Putting electric washer in my apartment. Finally, clean clothes. With high cost of coin wash, it will pay in 2 months for itself!
Trying to escape web contact--temp. deactivated Facebook, etc. I want my focus back. Web & Autism feels like ADHD & I cannot focus.
Currently panicking about moving out the dam ghetto. The landlady isn't answering calls. Hope this works or I'm stuck in trash neighborhood

I understand where you're coming from. I've been trying to move into a nicer place for a couple years now, but I don't really have anyone to help me move.

@Yeshuasdaughter where do you live & where are you trying to go? I wonder if the Knights of Columbus or the Elks could help you with the actual moving.
