  • It's been 25 months since I last visited my land. I really want out of the cities. *sigh*

Nope, I was last up there in May 2019 to stake out the boundaries of the lot. Then I wasn't able to go back in the fall due to the fires. Then covid hit. In 2021 I wanted to build a shed and live in that, but my mom was skeptical, so I bought the toy hauler instead. I've been gradually doing work in the trailer with my uncle's help. I was hoping to go up in June, but there is a record breaking heat wave here now.

The toy hauler is parked in the back of my mom's house here in Sacramento. The surroundings you see on the Trailer Prince website is the back of mom's property. You can see the back of the main house and some of the granny flat I live in.

The initial photos were taken at the previous owner's home in Waterford, but everything else was taken here.
Fellow Oregonian, and prepper for the worst. I like what you are doing with your trailer. Your website is very nice too.
I am just about out of money. All future trailer work will be funded directly from my SSI check. Maybe September?

It's amazing how many cons live in my state. You really have to ignore people here.
Installing electrical outlets is a real pain in the butt, and back, and hands... It's mentally tiring too.

l was unable to get the pics to load. But excited to hear that you're still on track. l have an abode also. I spend much more time relaxing now.
Will have a website detailing progress on my tiny home up in a few days. I will also have a blog.

Will you be mentioning the names of your website and blog, here? I would be very interested in watching your progress. I wish you much success (and enjoyment). I hope to build a home, at some point, myself.

Did the office visit include information about specific dental hygiene techniques to prevent this situation from re-occurring?

Just a reminder to make sure the area, which is hard to reach with brush and floss, is kept clean and suggestions on how to do so. I have to keep flushing it with a waterpik until it heals.
I will likely need another tooth extracted. That will make 7 pulled in the last few years. I am having trouble chewing due to missing teeth.
My mama is having one of her knees replaced tomorrow morning. Me & my uncle will be caring for her while she is bedridden.

Hope the situation is going ok for all of you.

Started work on my future cabin today. I will set up a website chronicling my progress in a month or so.

My mom tried, but for many years I didn't take care of my teeth due to mental illness. Also I hated the sensation of brushing. AND I was addicted to sugar for ages. By the time I straightened out my teeth were toast.I've lost 6 teeth so far, including the one about to be pulled.

Sacramento has an actual real Covidtown now. It's along the railroad tracks between the Arcade bridge and Longview Drive.

A few people have even figured out how to rig up lights, possibly via cheap solar panels. Go by there before dawn and you can see some habitations with lights on.

It keeps growing and growing and growing, the lack of clear jurisdiction over the area coupled with its relative remoteness means that the unlucky flock there cuz the cops won't bug them.

I wish I cold take pics of it without getting killed, it really needs to be documented like the Resettlement Administration of the FDR era did with the Hoovervilles.
