  • I just spent all night writing poetry just for the sake of enjoying the act of writing poetry. Is this why I got beat up in school?

That's what I define as being Autistamatic. Doing something useful or creative just because you enjoy doing it. Hope you feel good about what you wrote and want to share it :)
"I hold the keys to happiness in my outstretched hand, free for anyone to take, but nobody seems to want to take me up on that offer. "
    So, what's your method?
I 'll venture a guess. In script writing it looks like 2 letter U. Script used to be the standard.
Why is the letter "W" called "double-U"? I mean, look at it: "W" - it should be called "double-V".

Tom is probably right. Letters were named when cursive was the only form of writing English. Of note, in French it is called double-v.

In Spanish, W is "doble ve", or double V. AFAIK the letter "V" was once called "U" pronounced "you", because the letter we now know as "U" didn't exist. It wasn't until the 17th century that "U" was invented.
I don't watch enough TV. I just now found out about the new unicorn marshmallow in Lucky Charms. I have strong opinions about this.
Three identical letters from the county across three days. There should really be a Department of Redundancy Department.

It's once more just like deja vu all over again a second time.
I figure that everything on my floor's been stepped on at least once, so there's no problem with stepping on it again.
ZzzQuil says "Non-habit Forming" right on the bottle, but the same bottle contains 365 doses. Smell that? That's the smell of pants on fire.
I finally told my mother that I hate her. And I told her by telling my father that I hate her. I can die happy now.

In my case, hate is too strong a word, but I did finally tell my mother exactly what I thought of her behavior over the years, and why I didn't want my daughter visiting her, then cut off communication with her. It was very liberating.

Now my father....my father I hate....I don't dare try and make contact to gain closure there.....I'm afraid of how far I would take it.
Employed: "OMG it's Friday. Hey everyone, happy Friday! TGIF HUH" Unemployed: "Yeah, I think it's like...Tuesday or something...idk..."
Just lost my job. Prospects for getting another are extremely poor. Go Go Gadget long-term unemployment!

Just became aware that my office chair is made by Serta; no wonder I feel like falling asleep every time I sit in it.
I wonder how much money social media has cost the average company in lost productivity among their workers
