  • Dreading New Years. Still afraid of the Doomsday Clock. Everytime someone talks about next year, I say "IF there's a (month)."

Try taking- and living just one day at a time, Riley. ;)
Fun Fact: The Princess And The Frog actually got me interested in voodoo and shadow people.
Just because other people think there will be/are preparing for an apocalypse doesn't mean there'll be one. Right?
I regret every one of my inflammatory remarks on this site. I don't deserve any of you.

We have all said things we regret. Coming to that realization yourself is a sign of maturity. We forgive you. You are still welcome here. (Yes, I did just make myself the unofficial spokesman for hundreds of people.)

You may just find that the best you can do is to simply take one day at a time. To avoid looking over the next horizon too far, because you won't like what you see. And to at least try to rationalize that worrying about something isn't usually a precursor to it actually happening.
Since I'm lazy and a coward, can someone else read CNN's "How to cope with fears of a nuclear disaster"?

Could someone better/simply explain what losing Net Neutrality could mean? Because I'm worried it means I can be arrested for anything.

It means ISPs could gain control of everything from the content hosted, to the bandwidth used. Where they could charge for individual content apart from just accessing the net. It would be one enormous, corporate and proprietary domain for profit.

Arrested for violating ISP control? No. That would be a civil matter. But they might litigate against you as a consequence.
Nothing says "family bonding" like Reba McIntyre and picking on your elderly aunt.
"There's just something about Full Moon Studios that puts fire in a girl's lips..."
Someone on Deviantart said Mr. Enter thinks all Adult cartoons are bad. ...Y'all do know he praised Bojack Horseman, right?

"I never cared about justice, and I don't recall ever calling myself a hero... I have always only fought for the people I believe in. I won't hesitate... If an enemy appears in front of me, I will destroy it!" - Zero from Megaman Zero 4.
I was just the victim of political correctness gone mad.

Being politically correct is mad anyways. I don't know why people insist on one answer.
I see myself as one of those evil vampires from Anita Blake. The ones who want vampires to be illegal again.
Saying "DC should be more like Marvel" is like saying "Mortal Kombat should be more like Street Fighter."

Can we just have a retro style Killer Instinct versus Mortal Kombat? (No I don't like the new killer instinct)
